The ideal applicant is required to be Gas Safe Registered and compliant with all relevant qualifications and certificates such as ACS and ACOPS. It is favourable also for the candidate to have had experience working on residential boiler systems, you must also come from a maintenance background and be willing to multitask in all plumbing and heating aspects.

MAIN DUTIES:

:( 1.) To attend and service / repair gas appliances and new heating and hot water systems, including full gas pipe, system re-runs, power flushing and minor works and commissioning of new systems in compliance with building & C.O.R.G.I. regulations.
( 2.) To complete in its entirety a CP12 certificate, bench mark books for each property attended for service / breakdown as requested by the supervisor and completing all the correct documentation. The completion of the CP12 must be in line with the instructions set by Gas Safe and to industry standards.
( 3.) To attend breakdowns if requested and be full available via our communications system for a fast responsive repairs service. To always aim for a right first time repair when ever possible and always keep the office informed of any requirements to ensure complete customer satisfaction. To meet booked appointments and always maintain good time keeping.
( 4.) To ensure that all jobs are completed in there entirety including, making good, tidy site and instructing the client on its use.
( 5.) To work alongside trainees and apprentices and develop your team and to motivate, monitor, and mentor your trainee or apprentice into a skilled engineer.
( 6.) To work in close cooperation with the Manager, Supervisor and Administrators and other Gas Engineers and Installers to establish a focused team. Taking part in meetings and help to establish a friendly and professional working environment.

Hours Monday To Friday. Gross PAYE £41.000 per annum

A clean valid driving license is also required as a company van will be provided, + Company Mobile
